Thank you for choosing QreateQR. We want to ensure you have a transparent experience with our services.
1. Subscriptions & Cancellations
You may cancel your QreateQR subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your dashboard, navigate to the billing section, and follow the cancellation instructions. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.
2. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase, provided they have not made extensive use of premium features (e.g., generated more than 5 dynamic QRs).
- Service Issues: If you experience technical failures that prevent you from using the paid service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a prorated refund.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Partial use of a month or year after the 7-day initial window.
- Loss of account access due to user negligence or violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email our support team at georgeruwayne6@gmail.com with your account details and proof of purchase. Refunds are processed via PayStack and usually take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account once approved.
